Southern Cal, Here I Come
The thing about being unemployed freelancing is that you can do it from nearly anywhere. At the least, I have some options. Yesterday I got an offer to return to Beligum. The week before that I got an offer to spend some time in Virginia. I have an ongoing offer in London, but I don't want to go there for only two weeks. It'd only be a tease.
So, knowing that I have to be down in So Cal for three events next week, and then again on Nov. 13 for USC's Homecoming, I thought I'd stay down there instead of coming back up here. I can always come back up for a job interview, or a meeting if I need to. I just decided this. Minutes ago. I told my dad, I told TT, and now I'm telling you. All this means is that good communication is for people with too much time on their hands. People with poor communication skills don't really have poor communication skills, they're just productive.
Of course if anyone wants to put any other offers on the table, I'm all ears. But that will be for after I check in with two new born babies and go see a football game.
