    My solution to Jen's travel dilemma: Come to London, and see if my mom and brother will fit in her luggage. Where I traveled this weekend: Bournemouth, England (From London) Times I smiled because I was near what resembled the ocean: lost count after 25 Times I thought the Bournemouth surfers are a little nutty: 6 Reasons for said thought: Cold, windy, and little swells. Oh, and the guy without gloves carrying his board, after being in the water. Burrrr Factor: 7.8 Number of seagulls seen busting a move: 1 Witnesses: 2 (other than myself) Are we crazy: No Amusement Rating: 9.2 Deals I got this weekend: Too many to name Times I thought I might be developing a shopping addiction: 5 Times I used said thought to dissuade myself from buying something: 3 Number of dogs seen trying to hide in surf of the English Channel: 1 Amusement Rating: 7 Times we were asked of our origin: 3 Times it lead to a conversation about Bush: 1 Number of crazy bus drivers: 0 Happiness Rating: off the chart Paintings I saw that I got excited about: 4 Who said paintings were by: D.G. How we are going to make it work: List of pub names and a tube pass.

    My week in review: Stories I kinda wrote an outline to, but didn't really come close to completing: 4 Number of times my lame-o writing group cancelled/rescheduled/cancelled our bi-weekly/monthly/annual meeting: 7 Number of my own pieces I found by googling my name that had published without my knowledge: 2 Potential payout from said articles: $100 if I'm lucky Photos of hot swedish models attached to my story: 2 Potential payout from this model connection: only in dreamland Speaking of dreamland, number of times I told people I heard voices in my head and they didn't think I was joking: 3 What were the voices saying?: "kill the neigbors" That isn't funny: sure it is Who are you talking to?: that guy, you know, in my head...
